Support

Something not behaving? Write to us. We are a small team, we read everything, and we would rather hear about a rough edge than have you work around it.

What to include

You are all bug reporting professionals here, so you know the drill — but for the record, the fastest tickets to resolve contain:

  • The project name, and the email you sign in with.
  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
  • Roughly when it happened, with a timezone — that is what we search the logs by.
  • The destination involved, if it is a publishing problem: which spreadsheet, which channel.
  • A screenshot of the board or the error, if there was one on screen.

Common questions

A report was sent from the build but it is not on the board. The board only shows reports for the project the token belongs to. Check that the build is using the token of the project you are looking at, and that the person viewing the board is a member of that workspace. If both are right, the report may have failed to upload its attachments — send us the time it happened and we will trace it.
Publishing to Google Sheets stopped working. This is almost always an expired or revoked Google authorization. Open the project settings and reconnect the destination — the column mapping and routing rules are kept, so nothing needs to be set up again.
Can I edit a report after it has been published?Inside Glitchpost, yes. But a published report is a copy — a row in your spreadsheet or a message in your channel. Editing it afterwards in Glitchpost does not rewrite what already landed there.
Who can see the attachments?Members of the workspace, and anyone you deliberately hand a share link to. Attachments are served through short-lived signed links rather than public URLs.
How do I add someone to the team?Invite them by email from the project settings. They get a link, sign in with Google, and land in the workspace. Invitations sent before someone has an account attach automatically on their first sign-in.
How do I delete my account and everything in it?Email privacy@glitchpost.dev from the address you signed in with. The workspace, its reports and its attachments are removed from our active systems within 30 days.

Service interruptions

Reports sent from a build are accepted first and processed after, so a brief interruption does not lose them. If publishing to a destination fails, the report stays on the board and can be published again once the connection is restored. When something larger is wrong we email workspace owners rather than making you guess.

Privacy and data requests

Export, correction and deletion requests are handled by email and answered within 30 days. The full detail of what we store and for how long is on the privacy page.
